How do I return an item?

Items that are damaged (either in production or during shipping) or items that are defective will be accepted for return. Contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Please note that DVD’s are accepted for exchange only, and that credits and refunds do not apply to DVD purchases. In case your item(s) are damaged during shipping, please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials as we may need these items for further investigation. Items are not accepted for return after thirty (30) days from receipt.

Is there a minimum order?

XWF Wrestling, LLC does not have a minimum order requirement.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event you need to cancel your order, we will do all we can to accommodate your request. Please note that several factors will affect cancellation, including how quickly authorization is received from your financial institution and how quickly your package is prepared for shipping. As stated in our delivery method and turn around time policy, we do all we can to ensure quick and efficient processing of your order.
